Bookings can me made up to 6 weeks in advance, and occasionally there may be last minute appointments available.
A 25% deposit is taken over the phone by debit or credit card to confirm each session date. Only on receipt of the deposit is your date secured. Deposit is taken via a secure virtual payment by Credit / Debit Card via Paypal.
No information of your credit card details are held by us. The payment processing is carried out by Paypal and complies with the highest privacy regulations and the best encryption software in the industry - SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). Firewalls are installed on the computer taking the payment.
The deposit and booked date(s) will be confirmed by email, and will be followed by a questionnaire and preparation assignments to complete for our first session.
If you prefer, you can pay your deposit by bank transfer. However, if after 24 hours of the booking a BACS deposit confirmation has not been received, the date may be offered to others.
The deposit is refundable minus a £50 administration fee if notified by email, and a confirmation of the cancellation has been received within 48 hours of the session booking.
Once confirmed, each session date is transferable once, if notified up to 48 hours before the session. The date can be rescheduled up to 6 months from the cancellation date.
In the event of client postponement or cancellation the client will reimburse any travel fares already paid in advance.
In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with our services, you must voice your concerns during the session. If no solution is found, you will then be entitled to a full refund minus a £100 admin fee.
Cancellation within 48 hours requires 50% payment, and within 24 hours requires session to be paid in full, subject to circumstances.
The balance for any sessions is due by BACS or over the phone credit/debit card payment 48 hours before the session.
Gift Vouchers are refunded minus a £50 admin fee if notified within 48 hours of the recipient receiving the voucher. Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months, unless we are notified that an extension is required for any reason.
Privacy Policy
We will never share our newsletter, enquiry or client list with anyone. We collect details of enquiries and clients for our own use and database records only, and save no information of payment details ever.
