Is this you?
I work with successful men and women in their late 20’s to 40’s who realise that their wardrobe and style is in need of an update, and that they require professional help to achieve the results they want. They want to maximise their image potential. Often they are in a stage of transition or have recently entered a new phase; a new career, job promotion, social scene, lifestyle, home, family or even body shape. The common factor linking them all is that they want to look good, up to date and stylish, effortlessly, and are also prepared to invest the time and resources to make changes and see a positive difference.
Below are some of the common issues my clients face before hiring me. Do any of these style problems sound familiar?

You constantly open your over-full wardrobe and exclaim "I have nothing to wear!"
Your wardrobe looks like a rail at a car boot sale. You find yourself frantically searching for the right thing to wear, leaving the house in a mad rush in something that doesn’t make you look or feel your best. You have lots of interesting/bright/fun items but nothing to match them with. You often buy impulsively in your lunch hour, or online. Even when you know the item is not quite right, you keep it anyway. You hold onto all the bad mistakes, many with the labels still attached, because you feel guilty about the money you wasted and the false belief that one day you will wear them.
Stuck in a rut and always buy the same things, or wear things to death.
You have worn the same clothes for years, rarely experimenting with anything new. Your clothes are tired and worn, out of shape and out of style, not to mention the wrong size. When you go shopping you always come home with the same sorts of clothing, and are nervous of trying new things. Or maybe you just never buy anything new and are still wearing items of clothing that your mum bought for you or your friend gave you when they had a clear out!
Unsure what styles work for your body shape and colouring.
You know in theory that dressing in particular styles and colours that suit and flatter you can knock years and pounds off how you look, but you don’t know where to start. Maybe there are parts of your body that you would like to camouflage, and some you would like to enhance. You may have a new shape after losing or gaining weight – maybe you have successfully dieted or had a baby. Perhaps you also want some advice about hair and make up to complete the look.
You are networking, dating and socialising or want to make a great first impression
You are meeting new people but you know that your wardrobe doesn’t do you any justice. Maybe you have set up your own business and have begun pitching and/or networking. You understand the importance of the first impression you make being central to your business success. You want to be confident in yourself and your style choices. You could be dating again after a while off the scene. You know you need to feel confident and to present your best, most authentic self and make people remember you, for all the right reasons!
You are looking for work, changing roles or returning to work
You are starting a new job, or returning to work after maternity leave, and it’s the perfect opportunity to hone your image and dress to impress. In this current economic climate, more than ever you need to make a great first impression at interview. You want to build a great working wardrobe and invest wisely. Maybe you spent years suited and booted and your new work environment is more laid back, and you are struggling to make sense of 'smart casual' dress policies. Or maybe you have recently hung up your business clothes after becoming a mum, or have moved location or country and require a fresh and appropriate casual look.
Struggling to find the time, or don't have the inclination to go clothes shopping
You are just too busy! When the weekend comes, the last thing you want to do is use your precious time to traipse around crowded shops. You know your workwear and casual wear needs updating and refreshing, but it just never happens! You are fed up wasting time and money buying things online that just don't work. Or maybe family life has priority, you are at the bottom of your own to-do list and your passion for fashion has taken a back seat. You feel you are slipping in the style stakes – feeling frumpy rather than like a yummy mummy.
Don't enjoy shopping or feel overwhelmed by all the choices available.
Maybe you just don’t like shopping and have never been bothered about or interested in clothes and style. Shopping trips give you a sense of fear and dread and inevitably you come back from one feeling stressed and disenchanted. Or perhaps you love reading fashion magazines but hate the retail part. You feel that the time has come when you need or want to make an effort but you recognise that you could use some help.
